New Amber

An amber theme that fits with Visual Studio’s dark theme. I also believe that since comments are important that a bright colour should make them “stand out” – works well with a habit of concise commenting. I find that using too many colours is distracting, so operators, numbers, identifiers, and so on are white while keywords and user types are coloured.
